Advanced Communications Skills
For the organisation, people or person who wants to take their communication skills to a whole new level this learning is for you. Again bespoke in nature, this half-day of full day session covers an array of advanced communication skills that would normally include a diagnostic piece that highlights the Four Key Styles of Communicator, as well as each persons preferred style. In addition, it can also include modules on how to fully utilise none-verbal communication (Body Language) and how to engage and connect via advanced Communication Moderation techniques.
Difficult/Delicate Conversations Course
The workplace today is very different from just a few short years ago, with Supervisors, Team Leaders, Managers and Line Managers rightly being required to manage and lead in a more sensitive, caring and understanding way. However, the challenge is that people still arrive late for work, still make clumsy mistakes, still bring the wrong attitude to the workplace and still underperform… all of this despite the fact that targets, goals and objectives STILL do need to be achieved.
So challenging, difficult and delicate conversations do need to take place and managers need to have both the skill and confidence to undertake them in the right way. But the reality is so many are hesitant and even fearful of tackling what needs to be tackled – and so the result is nothing is said… and the poor behaviour and poor performance are allowed to continue.
Our Difficult & Delicate Conversations training is designed to address this skills gap. Fully compliant with all HR legislation, this communication centric training arms Supervisors, Team Leaders, Managers and Line Managers with the skills, knowledge and confidence to conduct those oh so delicate conversations – but in a way that has care and well-being at its core.
