Who Are Brilliant Training?
Founded in 2006 by Mark Lewis and Sally Dodge, the Brilliant Training Company specialise in communication skills training and coaching.
Mark is the MD of the company and is a widely experienced trainer, coach and mentor. Prior to turning his passion and interest in training and human development into a highly successful business, Mark worked in the UK and internationally with leading companies.
His career highlights include, Sales & Marketing Director with one of the world‘s leading airlines and Sales Director with Europe‘s leading leisure organisations.
A passionate human development specialist, author and qualified peak performance coach, Mark is also a sought-after public speaker and has appeared on television and radio in both the UK and Europe.
Mark regularly delivers Brilliant Training to a range of companies and provides communication coaching and mentoring to senior board members of a number of leading UK PLC.s
Though Sally still occasionally delivers training for our clients she is now more involved in the engine room of the company and as such is responsible for things like marketing, research & development and evaluation.
Prior to forming Brilliant Training – Sally held senior positions in the insurance and banking sector here in the UK. In addition, having lived and worked in both Europe and the Middle East – Sally also has extensive international business experience too.
A member of the CIPD – and with various and numerous other business qualifications Sally brings a highly tuned analytical mind to Brilliant Training.

Since our inception back in 2006 we have always offered what we call the The Brilliant Guarantee, in as much as if for any reason you are not delighted with our work then simply tell us and we won’t send you an invoice. However, we are kind of proud of the fact that since 2006 we have never once got anywhere near to evoking our guarantee. But should the unthinkable happen, and we do work for you and it’s not Brilliant – then it’s free!
